Refund Policy

Our refund policy
All PixelPrompt subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- You experienced a verified technical failure that prevented you from using the Service for the majority of your billing period, which we were unable to resolve
- You are entitled to a refund under applicable UK consumer protection law
Refund requests based on exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to elaboussi.ayoub@gmail.com with a description of the issue.
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this standard and are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. How to request a refund
Email elaboussi.ayoub@gmail.com with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
